Dogs and Tails attaches great importance to  the protection of your personal data  and respect for your privacy.

In this Privacy Statement we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle your personal data. 
We do everything we can to  to guarantee your privacy  and therefore handle personal data with care. Dogs and Tails  complies in all cases with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Why do we process personal data

 

We process your personal data for the  following purposes and legal bases  : 

  • to be able to reach you in order to be able to carry out our services

  • to arrange payment processing

  • to deliver goods and services to you 

  • sending direct marketing about similar products 

  • sending newsletters, thematic mailings and  invitations

Provision to third parties

We may provide the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

·      taking care of the internet environment (web hosting—WIX:  https://wix.com

·      providing (and distributing) newsletters and invitations.

·       Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track how users use the Website and how effectively our          Adwords ads on Google search result pages are. The information thus obtained, including the address of your             computer (IP address), transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.        Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to provide us with reports about the Website           and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google can provide this information         to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or to the extent that these third parties provide the information on behalf of Google                 process. Dogs and Tails has no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information         for other Google services.

Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.

We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written permission has been given by the parent or legal representative.

Retention period

Dogs and Tails stores personal data  no longer than necessary  for the purpose for which they were provided or required by law. As a general rule, we keep personal data for a maximum of 5 years after the last use.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, including:  

·          All persons who can take cognizance of your data on behalf of Dogs and Tails are bound by  confidentiality  of them.

·          We make  backups  of the personal data in order to be able to recover it in the event of physical or technical incidents

·          We  test and evaluate  our measures regularly;

Your rights regarding your data

you are entitled to  insight  and right to  correction  or  removal  of the personal data we have received from you.

You can also  objection  object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors.
